Disclaimer: This entry-level package is great for your blog(s) but is probably not suitable for a resource-intensive site, like a chat site or a busy bulletin board.
4th.	A List Of TigerTom Tips And Tricks. Value: Priceless(!) Winner: Everyone who enters. It's a kind of consolation prize. When you are sent the email announcing the winners, it will include my list of up-to-date web promotion tricks. It will list inexpensive and free ways to promote your blog easily, and rat-out some popular schemes which I've found don't work as advertised. Relax, there's no aff1li@te sales pitch, and there will be no requirement to buy cr*ppy $97 softwares! It's just a way of thanking you for taking the trouble to enter.

Rules:

Ummm .... I guess I'll make up the rules as I go along. This is the first time I've done this sort of thing, and it's easier than writing a long list of rules ;)

Briefly: Anyone can enter, and the judge's decision is final. I reserve the right to not award a prize if entries are too few or below-standard i.e. I won't reward dull blogs. That would look stupid: "And the winner is: a splog!"

Why? 

Well, I recently went through a list of over 300 d0-f0ll0w blogs looking for some easy b@ckl1nks.  After a while, I started to see some patterns. A blog which had interesting, unique posts was a pleasant rarity. I soon became brutal about which blogs I would bother dropping my charming comments on. 

Hence the idea for this award.

It might be a good idea to enter as soon as possible. Just saying.
